Meme GIFs
A meme GIF is a short looping animation used as a reply — a
reaction clip rather than a captioned still. Most come from a few seconds of film, TV or streaming
footage that reads clearly without sound.

Limits
- GIF is a heavy, dated format. Most platforms now silently convert to MP4 or WebP.
- No captioning here. The editor handles still images only.
